• Full-price items purchased on rubystella.com may be returned or exchanged within five (10) days from the date of delivery.
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned with original tags attached in complete original packaging.
• Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item, less any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship and return your items.
• We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than rubystella.com.
• Special or custom and engraved orders may not be returned and are final sale.
• Items purchased with a discount code or on sale may not be returned and are final sale.
• Discounts cannot be combined.
• RUBY STELLA reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in RUBY STELLA’s sole discretion.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We offer a price adjustment if an item goes on promotion within five (5) days of your order date.

SHIPPING- in U.S.

We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. All shipments require signature confirmation.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the U.S. is 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping selection at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options available in the U.S.
FedEx Ground – Delivery in 1 to 5 Business Days
FedEx Express Saver - Delivery in 1 to 4 Business Days
FedEx 2 Day – Delivery on second business day
FedEx Standard Overnight – Delivery on next business day
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via FedEx 2 Day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

RUBY STELLA ships to most countries worldwide. International packages ship via FedEx. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, import duties, and taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of you, the recipient. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information. All international orders are final sale. All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska may be held for up to 10 business days to insure validity.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Placing a special order is a commitment to the item purchased. Special orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. Special orders include engraving.

RUBY STELLA’s design team is happy to answer any questions about special orders and customization to existing stock items such as ring size, and chain length. All special orders and customized engraving items are subject to social media promotion without consent.

ORDER STATUS

We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check-out. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information. ORDER CANCELATIONS

Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. Special Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production. If an order shipped prior to notification of cancellation, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

JEWELRY SERVICE

We repair jewelry purchased from rubystella.com. If you purchased an item from another stockist and need a repair, please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the item from.


Repairs are completed at no charge when caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse and/or mishandling incur a repair fee at the customer’s expense. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and may take up to 2-4 weeks for completion. Repair fees may vary and change upon inspection.

Ring size up - $70+
Engraving - $50+
Necklace chain replacement - $175+
Bracelet chain replacement - $80+
Chain Solder - $30+

Pricing

All RUBY STELLA prices are our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. RUBY STELLA reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Sales Tax:

RUBY STELLA charges sales tax for orders shipped in California. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.

Typographical Errors

In the event a good or service to be provided by RUBY STELLA (Goods) is listed on this website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, RUBY STELLA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
